What makes Teenwire different from any other youth program is that it is hosted by the same age students who actually watch it - no actors. It discusses and debates real life issues in teenage talk, with a finger on the pulse for important social and cultural challenges faced by today's youth.
Teenwire opens with its four hosts lounging on sofas and bean bags in a 'teen styled' chill-out room, complete with TV, Video Games, mini-bar, snacks and more. The presenters chat away about what's fresh in the music world, latest flicks and new DVD releases, video games to what's hot in fashion. Then they take to the street for interviews with local bands, voxpops on the street and many other on location segments and youth events. (Less)
